By accessing and placing an order with RestocksAIO, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the website, application, dashboard, checkout, email, Discord and any other communication between you and RestocksAIO.
Under no circumstances shall RestocksAIO, REACTIVE SYSTEMS SL, or an authorized representative be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials or services on this site.
RestocksAIO is not responsible for any outcome that may occur during usage of our resources. We reserve the right to change prices, plans, policies and resource usage rules at any moment.
RestocksAIO is operated by REACTIVE SYSTEMS SL. Product names, websites, software interfaces, documentation and customer communications may refer to the service as RestocksAIO, Restocks or restock.gg, but the business entity responsible for the service is REACTIVE SYSTEMS SL.
RestocksAIO grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the software and website strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and REACTIVE SYSTEMS SL, the operator of the RestocksAIO website, application and services accessible from the website, collectively the RestocksAIO Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not use the RestocksAIO Service. If you violate these Terms & Conditions, we may cancel your account or block access without notice.

You connect your own marketplace accounts to RestocksAIO, and RestocksAIO acts on those accounts only on your instructions and settings. For some marketplaces, such as Vinted and Wallapop, you sign in through a browser window that the application opens on your computer.
Each marketplace has its own terms. Some marketplaces limit or do not allow automated tools, and they can restrict, suspend or close accounts that use them. You are responsible for your use of each marketplace and for keeping your activity within its rules.
RestocksAIO and REACTIVE SYSTEMS SL are not responsible for actions that a marketplace takes against your account, for listings, prices or sales on a marketplace, or for changes that a marketplace makes to its website or services.
Photo storage is part of the Premium plan. You can store photos of your items, link them to inventory items, products or groups, and use them in listings. You keep the rights to your photos. You give REACTIVE SYSTEMS SL a licence to store, convert, copy and show each photo only as needed to operate the Service, for example to publish a listing that you request.
Each stored photo has a public address. Anyone who has the address can open the photo. The addresses are long and random, and we do not publish a list of them.
When every inventory unit that a photo is linked to is sold, and the photo has no product or group link, the photo expires 180 days after the last sale. You can renew a photo before it expires. The application warns you 14 days before a photo expires. We delete expired photos.
If your Premium plan ends, you can still see and delete your stored photos, but you cannot add new photos or new links.
You can make a public link to a part of your inventory, or a list of items that you sell (WTS) or want to buy (WTB). You decide which items, sizes, quantities, prices and photos the page shows. Anyone who has the link can open the page. RestocksAIO asks search engines not to index these pages.
You can add your Telegram username, your Discord username and your WhatsApp number to the page. You choose to publish them. Anyone who has the link can see them.
A visitor cannot send data through the page. A visitor contacts you on Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp, under the terms of that service. RestocksAIO does not take part in any sale. You are responsible for your offers, your prices, the items you sell and your contact with each buyer.
You must not upload, store or share, through photo storage or share links, content that:
Anyone can report a stored photo or a share link at https://restock.gg/report, or by email to abuse@restock.gg. We review each report and can remove or disable content, pause a share link, or suspend photo storage on an account.
When we remove or disable your content, we tell you the reason and how you can contest the decision, unless the law does not allow it. You can contest a decision by email. For illegal content, we keep the content and related data where the law requires us to preserve them for the authorities.
All services rendered by RestocksAIO are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes monthly fees, upgrade fees, add-ons and one-time services regardless of usage. If your account is canceled for violation of this Agreement, payments made become non-refundable.
You agree not to charge back payments for services rendered. A chargeback or payment dispute may be treated as a violation of this Agreement.
If you wish to cancel your service, use the online billing portal from your dashboard.
By using our website, registering an account, signing in, starting checkout, using the dashboard or making a purchase, you consent to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply only to the Services. The Services may contain links to websites not operated or controlled by us. When you navigate to another website, that website's own terms, policies and cookie practices apply.
RestocksAIO uses cookies and similar technologies to identify visited areas of the website, preserve login, remember referral attribution, protect trial access, support checkout and improve website performance. Most browsers can disable cookies, but doing so may prevent parts of the Service from working correctly.
RestocksAIO may stop providing the Service or any features within it at our sole discretion, without prior notice. If we disable access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Service, account details or files contained in your account.
If we change these Terms & Conditions, we will post the changes on this page and update the modification date.
RestocksAIO may provide patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications. Updates may modify or delete features or functionality.
RestocksAIO has no obligation to provide updates or continue enabling any particular feature. All updates are part of the Service and subject to this Agreement.
We may display, include, integrate or link third-party content, data, applications, marketplaces, payment processors, analytics, support tools, documentation or other services.
RestocksAIO and REACTIVE SYSTEMS SL are not responsible for third-party services, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, quality or availability. Third-party services are provided as a convenience and used at your own risk.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or RestocksAIO. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement terminates immediately if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service and delete copies of the application from your computer.
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe material on our website or Service infringes your copyright, contact us with your signature, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details and a statement that you believe the use is not authorized.
You agree to indemnify and hold REACTIVE SYSTEMS SL, RestocksAIO, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors harmless from claims or demands arising out of your use of the Service, violation of this Agreement, violation of law or violation of third-party rights.
The Service is provided as is and as available, with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim express, implied, statutory or other warranties.
We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, be compatible with every system or produce intended business outcomes.
The entire liability of REACTIVE SYSTEMS SL, RestocksAIO and suppliers under this Agreement is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury or loss of privacy.
If a provision is held unenforceable or invalid, it will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objective to the greatest extent possible under applicable law. Remaining provisions continue in full force.
No failure or delay by either party in exercising a right under this Agreement operates as a waiver of that right. No single or partial exercise of a right prevents further exercise of that or another right.
RestocksAIO reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice before the new terms take effect.
This Agreement, the Privacy Policy and any legal notices published by RestocksAIO constitute the entire agreement between you and RestocksAIO concerning the Service.
In the event of a dispute, either party must give notice describing the dispute and requested relief. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation before starting formal proceedings.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, designs, photographs, information or proposals, those submissions are non-confidential and may be used by RestocksAIO without compensation or credit. Promotions may have separate rules and eligibility requirements.
If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we may refuse or cancel orders placed for that product or service.
The Service and its contents, features and functionality are owned by REACTIVE SYSTEMS SL, RestocksAIO, licensors or providers of such material and are protected by Spain and international intellectual property laws.
REACTIVE SYSTEMS SL operates the Service from Spain. The Service is not intended for use where prohibited by law. Users accessing the Service from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws.
