Inventory and Listings, linked the way reselling actually works.

The Inventory View is your virtual warehouse — one row per item you own. The Listings View is what's live across StockX, Alias, WeTheNew and the rest. Each inventory item links to many listings, and Sync Data keeps them aligned with one click (Shift-click for a full refresh).

Spreadsheets and seller dashboards become two linked views — Inventory for what you own, Listings for what's live, with a right-click Link Inventory action that ties them together.

How RestocksAIO models stock

  • Inventory View — virtual warehouse: one row per item you own, with cost, status, condition, packaging, billed flag and SKU.
  • Listings View — one row per active listing across all enabled marketplaces.
  • Each inventory item can link to many listings, so the same pair shows up on multiple platforms while still tracing back to one unit.
  • Sync Data does an incremental sync; Shift+click does a full refresh of every listing from scratch.
In the workflow

From intake to a fully linked catalogue

These are the actions Inventory and Listings expose in the right-click context menu and the Sync Data flow — not invented stages.

Add items

Add inventory by Barcode Scanner, CSV import or manual entry from the Item Addition Window. Cost, condition, packaging and billed flags get tracked per unit.

Sync Data

Hit Sync Data to pull new listings (incremental) or Shift+click for a full refresh. The tool checks for missing and new listings on every site.

Link Inventory

For unmatched listings: right-click the listing row → Link Inventory. The tool verifies size and platform and either matches an existing item or creates one.

Mark sold or deleted

For missing listings, the checkbox at the start of the row marks them as sold or deleted so the inventory and listings views stay in lockstep.

Capabilities

What the Inventory and Listings views actually do

Pick a capability group to see what's exposed in the right-click and Sync Data flows.

The virtual warehouse, with full per-item context

The Inventory View is the virtual warehouse — each row is one item you own. Right-click any row for Edit / Duplicate / Delete, Filter and Copy shortcuts, bulk Item Editing (Set Date, Status, Condition, Packaging, Billed) and Integration actions (List Item, Check Prices, Find Barcodes, Consignment Analysis).

One row per owned unit

Each unit is logged with cost, status, condition, packaging and billed flag.

Bulk Item Editing

Set Date, Status, Condition, Packaging or Billed in bulk from the right-click menu.

Integration actions

List Item, Check Prices, Find Barcodes and Consignment Analysis run inline from any row.

Filter + Copy shortcuts

Quick filter and copy actions for SKU, name, size or status — straight from the context menu.

Inside the product

Inventory intake feeds the grouped catalogue.

The main visual is the grouped Listings View; intake is the action that gets new owned units into that catalogue.
Inventory intake
The intake window is supporting context: owned units enter here, then live listings stay grouped by SKU in the main catalogue.
Operating posture

A linked catalogue, not a screenshot demo.

Inventory and Listings are the foundation every other RestocksAIO feature operates on.
