Affiliate Program Terms

Joining the program

You must accept the current version of these terms before a referral link is activated. Acceptance is recorded against your dashboard account. You must provide accurate account and payout information and keep it current.

Participation is not transferable. We may approve, reject, suspend or close an affiliate account where necessary to protect customers, the program or the RestocksAIO brand.

Referral attribution

A referral is attributed when a new customer follows a valid affiliate link and completes an eligible RestocksAIO checkout within the 60-day referral-cookie period. Browser settings, deleted cookies, another attribution source or an invalid link can prevent attribution.

A pending referral becomes valid only after Stripe confirms a paid invoice. RestocksAIO records are the source of truth for attribution, invoice status, commission and reward status.

Commission

The self-serve rate is 40% of the amount actually paid on each eligible invoice for 12 months from the referral's first successful conversion. An approved Partner profile may show a 50% rate. The rate and earning window displayed in the affiliate dashboard apply to new referrals created under that profile.

The referred buyer receives the checkout benefit shown on the affiliate page or checkout at that time. A buyer promotion does not extend the affiliate earning window.

Clearing, requests and manual payment

Each reward remains pending for 180 days after its paid invoice to cover the standard payment-dispute window. Refunded, reversed, fraudulent or disputed invoices do not earn commission. A later dispute can be offset against a future balance or handled during manual review.

Cash payout requests require at least EUR 25 in cleared rewards. All cash payouts and account-time credits are reviewed and completed manually by RestocksAIO. Joining the program or requesting a payout does not authorize an automatic bank, PayPal, crypto or Stripe transfer.

Payout and accounting information

Before a first cash payout request, you must provide your individual or business status, legal name, country, invoice email and a tax or VAT identifier when applicable. Do not enter passwords, card details, private keys or recovery phrases in the dashboard.

You are responsible for your own tax, VAT, registration and reporting obligations. We may require an invoice, receipt or other accounting document before paying a cash request. RestocksAIO does not currently issue self-billed affiliate invoices.

Prohibited activity

You must not:

• Refer yourself, create duplicate identities or use a shared payment identity to generate commission.
• Use misleading claims, hidden redirects, unsolicited messages, cookie stuffing, paid search impersonation or RestocksAIO brand terms in a way that suggests you operate RestocksAIO.
• Publish inaccurate pricing, discount, feature or earnings claims, or promise a benefit not shown on an official RestocksAIO surface.
• Interfere with attribution, checkout, fraud controls, disputes or another affiliate's referrals.

Changes and termination

We may update program terms, commission rates, buyer benefits or eligibility for future referrals. Material changes require acceptance of a new version before the affiliate link is reactivated. Existing earned rewards remain subject to refund, dispute and fraud review.

You may stop participating at any time. We may suspend or terminate participation for a breach, abuse, legal requirement or program closure. Fraudulent or prohibited rewards can be voided.
