Sneaker inventory management software that stays connected to listings, pricing and sales

Inventory isn't useful when it's separate from the marketplaces where stock actually sells. RestocksAIO keeps owned stock, active listings, grouped SKUs, barcode intake, sales context and analytics in the same workflow.

Stock counts mean nothing when they live in a spreadsheet that drifts out of sync.

What RestocksAIO replaces

  • A stock spreadsheet that's wrong by the end of the day
  • Guessing which size is still live on which marketplace
  • Re-keying the same SKU into every platform
  • Manual counts before you can trust a number
  • Inventory that has no idea what already sold

FAQ

Before you start

Short answers to what buyers ask first.
Can I track inventory and listings separately?
Yes. RestocksAIO distinguishes between the stock you own and the listings that are live on each marketplace, then keeps them connected. You can see a SKU that's in hand but not listed, a SKU that's listed across several platforms, and the cost and margin behind both. That separation matters because owned stock and active listings answer different questions - what do I hold versus what's exposed to buyers right now. Keeping them in one grouped catalogue means you never have to reconcile two systems by hand to get a single honest number.
Does RestocksAIO support barcode scanning?
Yes. The barcode scanner is built for fast intake from the warehouse floor. It works with scanner hardware and is mobile-compatible, so you can resolve a SKU from a scan, capture size and cost, and stage items in a buffer before they hit the catalogue. For high-volume operations this is usually the single biggest time saver on intake, because it removes the manual typing that makes spreadsheet inventory slow and error-prone. The barcode scanner feature page covers the hardware and workflow detail if intake speed is your main constraint.
Can I manage the same SKU across multiple marketplaces?
Yes - that's the point of grouped SKUs. One product, with every size and every marketplace it's listed on, lives together as a single unit in the catalogue. You see at a glance where each size is live, what it's priced at, and what it would pay out per platform. When a sale confirms on any marketplace, the right unit decrements automatically, so the grouped view stays honest. This is what separates RestocksAIO from a flat spreadsheet: the catalogue understands that one pair can exist on StockX, Alias and POIZON at the same time.
Can I export inventory data?
Yes. Inventory and sales data are export-ready, so you can pull what accounting, a bookkeeper or your own reporting needs without screenshotting the app. You can also bring inventory in via CSV import where loading a file is faster than scanning. RestocksAIO is the operating layer for your stock, not a walled garden - the data stays yours. If you need events pushed into your own systems in real time rather than exported on demand, the Premium Webhook API is the path for that.

Centralize your stock before another day of manual checks.

Standard covers inventory, listings and analytics; Premium adds Bricker Mode, offer automation and the Webhook API.
