From a returned parcel to a new sale

The pair came back. Keep its stock record.

A StockX or GOAT reject, or a buyer return, puts the physical pair back on your shelf. Its original sale needs a return record before you offer the pair again.

In Sales, right-click the sale and select Returned: back to Inventory. Choose the pair's Condition and Box, add a Condition note for any defect, and click Back to Inventory. The pair becomes Available with the same unit ID, cost and stored photos. The original sale stays in Sales as Refunded and leaves the profit.

Sales and payout tracking

The Sales tab: each sale with marketplace, purchase price, payout, fees, profit and payout state — Sales shows the original sale. Use its row menu when the pair returns.

Show the wear and the box of this pair

Two pairs with the same style code and size can have different wear. Product photos alone do not show a scuff, a damaged lid or the soles of a used pair.

Open the unit in Inventory. In Photos, select Add photos of this unit. Photograph the soles, size label, box and defects. The This unit strip keeps these photos with the physical pair. Use Make this the cover to choose the first photo. Product photos belong to all units of that style code.

Pairs that never sold through RestocksAIO

A batch of returns or used pairs can arrive with photos but without an Inventory record. Typing every pair by hand takes longer than taking the photos.

In Inventory → Photos, select the photos and choose Create inventory items, or use Import folder with Create inventory units. Give each pair its own row: SKU, size, condition, box, cost and an optional condition note, then click its photos to assign them. RestocksAIO creates the units with their photos, and a SKU or size that is not in the catalogue creates nothing.

Choose the condition before you publish

A returned pair can still be new, or it can have defects or signs of use. A damaged box also needs a clear description and photos.

Select the unit in Inventory and open Publish to…. Choose the account and price for each channel. Vinted and Wallapop offer their own condition grades, and the default never claims more than the unit's condition. The pair's condition note fills Condition notes on every channel, followed by its box when the box is not a good box. Check the description and selected photos before you publish.

What to check for each channel

Wallapop	Choose New, As good as new, Good, Fair or Has given it all. Use your own photos.
eBay	A used pair or a new pair with defects needs your own photos. Check the condition and description before publication.
Individual pairs	Used and defective pairs, and pairs with their own photos, get separate offers. Vinted and Wallapop sell one unit per item.

Questions

Can I sell sneakers that StockX or GOAT rejected?

You can prepare the returned pair for Vinted, Wallapop or eBay in RestocksAIO. Inspect the reason for rejection first. Choose the condition that matches the pair, add its photos, and describe the defect or box damage.

Can I sell sneakers with a damaged box?

Yes. Choose Damaged Box, Missing Lid or No Original Box when the pair returns, or later in the unit's Packaging. Show the damage in your photos. The listing's condition notes name the box for you. Check the final description before you publish.

Does a return create a different inventory unit?

Returned: back to Inventory restores the pair with its original unit ID, cost and stored photos. It marks the pair Available and keeps the original sale as Refunded. Create a new unit from photos only for a pair that is not in Sales.

Can I change the defect note later?

Yes. Open the unit in Inventory and select Condition & status. Condition note is next to Item condition and Packaging, and the change saves at once.

Can I combine several used pairs in one offer?

Each used or defective pair has its own offer. Its photos and condition describe that specific unit. Identical new pairs can share an offer, but Vinted and Wallapop accept one unit per item.
