Photo storage for resellers: shoot a style code once, list every size with it.
Photo storage keeps the photos of your pairs in RestocksAIO, 20 GB for each account. Product photos serve every size of a style code. Unit photos show one real pair with its marks. The Publish window puts both in your eBay, Shopify, Vinted and Wallapop listings.
Product photos for the style code, unit photos for the pair
A pair you restock in six sizes needs one photo shoot. Add the photos once to the product, and every unit of the style code shows them, in every size.
A used pair or a pair with a mark needs its own photos. Add them to the unit. When you publish that unit, its own photos come first and the product photos follow.

Labels decide the order in a listing
Each photo takes up to 10 labels: front, back, side, top, sole, detail, box, tag, defect, receipt, packaging, lifestyle or your own.
The listing starts with the cover, then front, side, back, sole and the other labels. Defect photos go last and are always included, so a buyer sees the flaw. Receipt and packaging photos stay out until you tick them.
One library for every photo of every pair
The Photo library shows all your photos with the place each one is linked to: a unit number, a style code or a group. Filter by group, label, style code or Not linked.
Tick photos and link them to a product or a unit, add them to a group such as Store shots, or change their labels. Upload a file named dd1391_100 front.jpg with no group or style code chosen, and it links to DD1391-100.

Camera and location data are removed
The service converts each upload to a JPEG with a long side of at most 2,048 px. The conversion strips the camera and location data (EXIF), so a photo taken at home does not carry your address.
Each photo gets a long, random address on media.restock.gg. Anyone with the address can open it, so keep shipping labels out of the frame.
Photos of a sold pair stay for 180 days
A photo that is linked only to sold units expires 180 days after the last sale. Product photos and group photos never expire, so the next restock of the style code is ready to list.
Two weeks before photos expire, the app shows Photos of sold items expire soon. Keep 180 more days renews them.

Questions
Does RestocksAIO remove the EXIF data from my photos?
Yes. The service converts each photo to a JPEG, and the conversion removes the camera and location data (EXIF). The stored photo has a long side of at most 2,048 px.
What happens to my photos when the pair sells?
Photos linked only to sold units expire 180 days after the last sale. Product photos and group photos never expire. The app warns you two weeks before, and Keep 180 more days renews the photos.
Can I use the same photos on eBay, Shopify, Vinted and Wallapop?
Yes. The Publish window takes your stored photos first for every channel: the photos of the unit, then the product photos. You can untick a photo for one listing.
Who can see my stored photos?
Each photo has a long, random address on media.restock.gg, and RestocksAIO publishes no list of these addresses. Anyone who has an address can open that photo. Anyone can also report a photo at restock.gg/report.
What happens to my photos if my Premium plan ends?
The photos stay stored, and the Photo library opens read-only. You can see, unlink and delete them. Uploads, links, labels and groups need Premium again.
