RestocksAIO
Platform - StockX

Three StockX selling modes, each priced like its own market.

Resale, Direct and Consign can run as separate Controllers for the same SKU and size. Bricker reads the market signals available to the seller account, keeps each selling mode separate, and can clear matching alternate listings after a sale.

Selling modesOne SKU, three ways to sell it, one stock outcome

Resale, Direct and Consign change who holds the item and how it ships. The sale and the stock update land in the same place regardless.

Resale, Direct and Consign do not share the same market data. RestocksAIO treats them as three separate Controllers per SKU and size.

What StockX support covers

  • Resale, Direct and Consign can run as separate Controllers for the same SKU and size.
  • Buyer-Direct is supported for approved StockX accounts.
  • Bricker can use StockX market indicators to price beyond a simple lowest-ask match.
  • Confirmed StockX sales can feed invoice, VAT and label workflows.

Operating path

A StockX day on RestocksAIO

From selling-mode choice to sale, shipment and finance records in one connected flow.

Confirm account eligibility

Connect the StockX seller account, confirm which selling modes it is approved to use, and choose the market signals that match the operating goal.

List & price

List per Controller — Resale, Direct, Consign run separately. Bricker monitors indicators per Controller and category.

Track sales

StockX sales feed the Sales tab for paid / pending status, carrier assignment and downstream documents.

Generate paperwork

Create invoices from loaded sales or a StockX Sale History export, then prepare labels and shipping follow-through from the same sale context.

Available actions

StockX support, without collapsing the selling modes

Choose the part of the workflow you need to understand.
Account controlsAlign RestocksAIO with the seller account

The account profile keeps selling-mode eligibility, market-signal preferences and cross-list cleanup aligned with the permissions StockX has granted.

Multiply x0.95 (Non-VAT)

Adjusts payouts for accounts without VAT registration.

Prefer Earn More Indicator

Prioritises higher payouts when setting prices.

Prefer Sell Faster Indicator

Prioritises faster sales over higher payouts.

Allow Non-Flex Indicators for Flex Items

Considers Earn More / Sell Faster / Lowest Ask in addition to consign price.

Buyer-Direct Seller Mode

Enable only when the StockX account is approved for Direct shipping; otherwise prices use the wrong market data.

Delete Alternate Direct/Resale Category on Sale

Selling a Direct item can auto-clear the matching Resale Controller (and vice versa).

Categories & BrickerResale, Direct and Consign as separate Controllers

The Category column appears in the Listings View, Inventory and Bricker Mode tables. Direct and Resale are different selling pools — same SKU and size can sit under different Controllers.

Three categories

Resale, Direct and Consign remain separate so each mode can follow its own market and fulfilment logic.

Direct Pricing fallback

When Direct Pricing is ON, indicators try direct market data first, fall back to standard, then top-level if direct is unavailable.

Set per item

Item Addition Window: pick DIRECT in the Mode column, or batch-set via the header dropdown / CSV (Listing Mode = DIRECT).

Per-task or Mass Edit

Toggle Direct Seller Mode per Bricker Task in Edit Task, or in bulk via Mass Edit.

Consign untouched by Direct toggle

Consignment / Flex Controllers always use top-level market data regardless of the Direct toggle.

API accessAccount access without implementation overhead

RestocksAIO manages the connection layer while the seller remains responsible for StockX eligibility, account permissions and marketplace rules.

Eligibility first

Direct and other restricted selling modes appear only when the StockX seller account is approved for them.

Permission-aware actions

Listing, pricing, sales and document actions remain bounded by the permissions on the connected account.

Connection handled

RestocksAIO manages the supported connection flow without exposing implementation choices to the operator.

Marketplace rules still apply

StockX remains the system of record for account status, selling-mode access and fulfilment requirements.

Invoices & paperworkStockX Sale History CSV is a first-class invoice source

The Generate Invoices panel handles StockX sales already loaded in RestocksAIO and can also work from the seller's StockX Sale History export.

Loaded sales

Generate invoices for StockX sales already present in RestocksAIO inside the chosen timeframe.

Sale History export

Generate documents from a sale-history CSV exported by the StockX seller account.

VAT-aware documents

Choose the invoice format that matches the account's VAT context and reporting needs.

Shipping follow-through

Move from the confirmed sale into label preparation, boxing and any account-available shipping actions.

Product evidence

StockX as a real operating Task, not a settings dump.

The operating model matters first: StockX lives beside the other marketplace Tasks, while Resale, Direct and Consign stay separated where the workflow needs them.
StockX in Bricker
StockX appears as one marketplace Task inside the Controller, so Resale, Direct and Consign logic can stay separated from the rest of the market workflow.
Cross-market advantage

StockX, treated as three markets, not one.

Distinct selling modes, account-aware access and connected post-sale records.
