FAQ
Questions serious operators ask first
Who is RestocksAIO designed for?
RestocksAIO is built for high-volume sneaker and streetwear resellers and registered businesses who run stock across several authenticated marketplaces at once. It's the operating layer for operators who have outgrown spreadsheets and a wall of browser tabs — people managing hundreds of SKUs, repricing daily, confirming sales, and generating invoices and shipping documents. If reselling is an occasional hobby of a few pairs a month, it's more than you need; if it's a daily operation where pricing decisions and post-sale paperwork eat real hours, that is exactly who it's for.
Is RestocksAIO only for sneakers?
No. RestocksAIO started in sneakers but supports a wider product mix — sneakers, apparel, electronics, luxury items and collectibles — anywhere a supported marketplace handles them. The same operating layer (inventory, listings, price comparator, documents and analytics) works across those categories. Sneakers are simply where the deepest marketplace integrations and pricing signals are, so that is where most operators get the most leverage day to day.
Which marketplaces does RestocksAIO support?
RestocksAIO supports StockX, Alias (the seller route into GOAT and Flight Club), WeTheNew, KLEKT, Hypeboost, Laced, LimitedResell, NordicSneakers, KickScrew and POIZON — 10+ in total. The actions available vary per platform based on the account permissions and API access each seller has: POIZON, for example, needs an eligible connected seller account, and KickScrew runs through invite-only partner API access. The platforms page breaks down which workflows are available on each marketplace.
Why not just use each marketplace directly?
You can — but the operational cost of tab-switching is what breaks at volume. Checking each marketplace's lowest ask by hand, keeping a spreadsheet in sync, rebuilding invoices and labels per sale, and pulling numbers together at the end of the week all scale with SKU count. RestocksAIO centralizes that work into one pane: inventory stays connected to live listings, pricing runs against real payout data, and documents generate from the sale that just closed. The marketplaces stay the system of record; RestocksAIO removes the repeated manual steps between them.
Does RestocksAIO handle business invoices and paperwork?
Yes. RestocksAIO generates the paperwork that follows a sale: invoices, entry certificates, thermal shipping labels and proof-of-delivery documents, plus carrier pickup scheduling — all built from your sales and business-profile data rather than copy-pasted by hand. It supports multiple business profiles and VAT-aware settings where configured, so registered, high-volume sellers keep documentation consistent. These document workflows are part of the Standard plan.
Is RestocksAIO a sneaker bot?
No. RestocksAIO is a seller operating system, not a checkout or 'cook' bot — it never buys on your behalf. It manages the selling side: inventory, listings, pricing, sale confirmation, documents and analytics for stock you already own. Its pricing automation, Bricker Mode, is seller-controlled, runs on payout floors and rules you set, and always operates within each marketplace's permissions and account rules.
Which plan includes Bricker Mode and automation?
Bricker Mode is a Premium feature, bundled with the rest of the automation layer: the Offer Sniper and the Webhook API. Standard covers the full daily operation — inventory, listings, price comparator, barcode intake, confirm sales, documents and 10+ marketplaces. Premium adds the hands-off automation on top, so most operators start on Standard and move up once pricing decisions and offer handling start taking more time than they are worth.
How do the free trials and pricing work?
Standard is €15/mo with a 7-day free trial; Premium is €30/mo (€20 for the first month) and starts as a focused 3-day setup sprint. A credit card is required to start and you can cancel any time before a trial converts. The Premium sprint is capped at 5 Bricker tasks to keep trials fair — enough to connect one marketplace, verify one SKU and launch one safe Bricker task. An optional one-time €49 onboarding session is available if you would rather set up live with the team.
