From a photo of the pair to a sale on one of three sites

Shoot the pair once, with your phone or from a folder

You take the photos on your phone, copy them to the computer and type the style code and size of each pair.

In the phone app, scan the box barcode, check the size and tap Add to queue and take photos. The camera asks for each angle: front, side, back, top, sole, box, tag, defects and details. The photos go to Photo Storage with their labels while you scan the next box. A folder of photos works too: Import folder reads the box label barcode in the photos and fills the SKU and size of each pair.

Make it a new item, a used pair or a return

A used pair or a return has no record of its own: no cost, no condition and no photos of its marks.

Each pair becomes a unit with its SKU, size, condition, box and cost. Confirm a phone scan in the Item Addition window, and the unit gets its photos. For a pair that came back, use Returned: back to Inventory in Sales: it keeps its unit ID, cost and photos. In a folder import, RestocksAIO AI lists the possible flaws in the photos, and you tick only what is true.

This unit holds the photos of the real pair. The product photos serve every size.

Publish to Vinted, Wallapop and eBay in one window

Each site wants other photos, another title length and another size format, so you list the pair three times.

Select the unit in Inventory and click Publish to. Vinted, Wallapop and eBay each get a row with an account and a price. Vinted and Wallapop receive only your own photos, and eBay shows the cutout first. On eBay, choose Fixed price or Auction. Generate title & description writes the text in the language of each site with RestocksAIO AI (included) or your own AI provider.

Answer offers next to your Alias and KLEKT sales

Vinted and Wallapop offers arrive in two phone apps, and your Alias sales wait on a third screen.

Click Load Unconfirmed in Confirm Sales. Each Vinted and Wallapop offer is a row with your price and the price that the buyer offers. The tick accepts the offer, the minus declines it and the arrows send a counter offer. The app reads the offer again before it answers. Auto-Confirm never answers an offer. This needs version 0.4.41.40 or later.

Confirm Sales with sales that wait on Alias and KLEKT. Vinted and Wallapop offers load into the same list.

Check what the pair sold for on Vinted

Vinted shows no archive of sold items, so you guess the price from the items that are still for sale.

In the Publish window, click Market and tick Track on Vinted. About every 6 hours, the app reads the 50 newest Vinted results of the pair and records each item that sells. The panel shows the sales and the median price of 30 and 90 days, under the active eBay prices.

Relist old items, and let one sale clear the other sites

The pair sells on Vinted, and its Wallapop and eBay listings stay live until you remember them.

A sale on Vinted, Wallapop, eBay or StockX takes the unit out of Inventory. The app then deletes its other Vinted and Wallapop items and lowers its eBay quantity. At 0, the app withdraws the eBay listing. Relist publishes a fresh copy of a live Vinted or Wallapop item and deletes the old item after the copy is live.

The app acts while it is open. A double sale is possible until the next read. The app does not delete a Vinted or Wallapop item that a buyer reserved. How one pair backs several listings

Questions

Can I sell sneakers on Vinted and Wallapop at the same time?

Yes. One Publish window makes one Vinted item and one Wallapop item for each pair, each with its own price. When the pair sells on one site, the app sees the sale at its next read of that site and deletes the other item. The app must be open.

Can I use catalogue photos on Vinted or Wallapop?

No. The app sends only your own photos to Vinted and Wallapop: your stored photos, or files that you add in the Publish window. A pair without its own photos is blocked for these two sites, and the other sites still publish. eBay can use catalogue pictures.

Can I sell used or returned sneakers on Vinted?

Yes. Each used or defective pair has its own item with its own photos. Vinted and Wallapop rows use the condition grades of the site, and the default grade never claims more than the condition of the unit. The condition note of the pair goes into the description.

Does RestocksAIO accept Vinted offers for me?

No. You accept, decline or counter each Vinted and Wallapop offer in Confirm Sales. Auto-Confirm never answers a buyer offer. Offers need the new app, version 0.4.41.40 or later.

Do I need the phone app?

No. On the computer, Import folder or Create inventory items in the Photo library make the units from your photos. The phone app adds the guided camera after a barcode scan, and the website scanner at restock.gg/scanner has the same photo step.
