2.3 million barcodes in the database. Scan and look up by SKU or name.
Two flows: Barcode Scanning (laser scanner intake into the Item Addition Window, with a buffer that survives across sessions) and Barcode Search (look up any item by name or SKU; copy or CSV-export every available size and barcode).
Box intake stops being typing SKUs into a spreadsheet when a laser scanner feeds the Item Addition Window directly — and Barcode Search lets you pull every size of any SKU on demand.
What the docs cover
Compatible with any USB or Bluetooth laser barcode scanner — example: AmazonBasics-grade USB readers.
The barcode buffer is restored across sessions and saved with Saved Item Sets (Snapshots) inside the Item Addition Window.
Barcode Search lets you look up an item by name or SKU; the tool returns every available size with its barcode.
Each user can run up to 10 Barcode Searches per day.
In the workflow
Two flows: scanning and searching
Both live in the Features tab, both feed into Inventory.
Plug in scanner
Connect a USB or Bluetooth laser barcode scanner. The Item Addition Window picks it up automatically.
Scan into the buffer
Each scan drops into the buffer. The buffer is restored across sessions and saved with the active Snapshot.
Or use Barcode Search
Search by name or SKU; the tool lists every size with its barcode for that item — copy individually or export as CSV.
Push into Inventory
Confirm the buffer or the searched sizes; new units land in the Inventory View and are ready to list.

Pick a flow to see what it actually does.
Laser-scanner intake into the Item Addition Window
Compatible with any USB or Bluetooth laser scanner. Each scan goes into a buffer that survives across sessions and is saved with the active Saved Item Set (Snapshot).
USB + Bluetooth
Any standard HID-class or Bluetooth-paired laser scanner works.
Recommended hardware
Any laser scanner that connects via USB or Bluetooth — the docs link to an example off-the-shelf model.
Recently scanned buffer
Restored across sessions inside the Item Addition Window.
Saved Item Sets (Snapshots)
Snapshots preserve the in-progress intake batch including the barcode buffer.
Inside the product
Look up any SKU, get every size and barcode.
Barcode Search complements scanner intake — for the items you don't have a physical barcode for yet.
Barcode Search
Pull every available size + barcode for any SKU on demand. Copy to clipboard or CSV-export — 10 searches per user per day.
