StockX bulk shipping in 2026: limits, costs and mixed-category boxes
StockX bulk shipping can turn a dozen labels and shipping deductions into one parcel, but the cap changes by category and region. Mixed eligible categories are allowed; electronics are excluded from StockX's published flow.
What StockX bulk shipping does
StockX Bulk Shipping lets sellers in supported countries combine multiple Verified Marketplace sales into one parcel to a Verification Center. StockX currently lists sneakers, apparel, accessories, collectibles and trading cards as eligible. Electronics are excluded from the official flow.
The value is fewer labels, invoices, boxes and carrier handoffs, plus one bulk-shipping charge instead of a separate standard deduction for each included sale. The Pending view remains the source of truth for which individual sales can be grouped.
Current category limits
| Category | General cap | Selected regional exceptions | Flex inbound |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sneakers | 12 | 8 in Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea | 16 |
| Apparel / accessories | 12 | 30 in the US; 8 in Japan | 16 |
| Collectibles / trading cards | 6 | 12 in the US and South Korea; 8 in Hong Kong and Japan | 16 |
| Electronics | Not eligible | Ship separately | Check each item |
These are live marketplace rules, not permanent software constants. Confirm the current table in StockX's Bulk Shipping guide before publishing a warehouse SOP around a fixed cap.
A mixed box uses the lowest applicable cap
StockX allows eligible categories to share a bulk shipment. The entire box inherits the lowest category-and-region limit. Six collectibles and six sneakers do not make a valid 12-item box where collectibles are capped at six; the six-item limit governs the whole parcel.
- Remove any sale StockX marks ineligible.
- Find the lowest cap among categories left in the box.
- Keep the total sale count at or below that cap.
Current bulk-shipping costs by seller location
StockX publishes one charge for a multi-order parcel by seller country. As of 15 August 2026, representative rates are:
| Seller location | Bulk parcel charge |
|---|---|
| Spain | €8 |
| Germany / Netherlands | €5 |
| France / Italy | €7 |
| United Kingdom | £4 |
| United States | $4 |
| Rest of Europe | €10 |
The estimate is separate-shipment charges for the included sales minus one bulk-parcel charge. A parcel containing only one order is charged the standard shipping fee, not the bulk rate. Check StockX's current schedule before setting a permanent warehouse rule.
Where Bulk Creator and Auto Box fit
StockX controls eligibility; RestocksAIO reduces the operator work around the sales it accepts. Bulk Creator lets you group selected orders manually, while Auto Box proposes boxes from saved capacity settings and ship-by dates. Only finalize a parcel when StockX returns a valid shipment, manifest and label for its contents.
Keep the label, manifest and invoice tied to the box, inspect every unit, retain the carrier scan and archive proof of delivery. If a sale is rejected or subject to dangerous-goods instructions, remove it and follow StockX's separate-shipment flow.
Pre-dispatch checklist
- Confirm every sale is eligible and apply the lowest cap.
- Inspect each unit before it enters the box.
- Make sure the invoice QR is complete and scannable.
- Match manifest, label and physical contents.
- Handle shipping extensions before grouping the sale.
- Keep the first carrier scan and final proof of delivery.
The best bulk shipment is the fullest box whose contents, paperwork and deadline can still be verified in one glance.
