Streetwear reselling across footwear, clothing and accessories
Streetwear is not one inventory type. Footwear follows shoe sizes and box requirements, clothing follows apparel sizes and tags, and accessories may be one-size or dimension-based. The scalable workflow keeps those differences at intake, then connects every eligible listing, payout and shipment to the same owned-unit record.
Model streetwear as three category lanes
A streetwear reselling operation usually combines footwear, clothing and accessories, but a generic “streetwear” field hides the details that make a listing valid. Give every physical unit one inventory ID, then retain the category-specific attributes needed to match and fulfil it.
| Lane | Identity and size | Condition and packaging |
|---|---|---|
| Footwear | Style code, colourway, US/EU/UK size and size region | Shoe condition, original box and included accessories |
| Clothing | Article code, colour and apparel size | Wear state, tags and original accessories |
| Accessories | Product code plus one-size or relevant dimensions | Original packaging and category-specific inclusions |
The shared fields remain simple: acquisition date, supplier, landed cost, quantity, status and physical location. The category fields should not be flattened just to make the spreadsheet shorter.
Normalize the size before creating the listing
Footwear, clothing and accessories do not share one sizing axis. Preserve the source size exactly, record its region or system, then map it to the marketplace value for that product. RestocksAIO provides product size-chart tools and the streetwear workflow supports apparel sizing instead of forcing clothing through a sneaker grid.
A clothing size of M should remain apparel M; it should not be converted into a numeric shoe size. A cap or bag may be one-size, while footwear still needs the correct US, EU or UK reference. Brand-specific descriptors can vary, so inspect the selected product and marketplace result rather than applying a universal conversion table.
Streetwear solutionOne catalogue, category-aware sizingKeep footwear, clothing and accessories together without erasing the size context each category needs.Keep condition policy attached to the marketplace route
Condition labels are marketplace rules, not universal inventory facts. StockX’s Verified Marketplace currently requires sneakers to be brand new with the original box and apparel to be brand new, unworn and complete with original accessories. Its separate Listings Marketplace permits eligible sneakers, apparel and accessories in New, New - Other and Used condition, but access is currently limited to select sellers.
StockX, Alias and POIZON publicly carry combinations of footwear, apparel and accessories. Those category surfaces do not guarantee that every product or action is available to every connected seller. Confirm the exact catalogue match, condition route, region and account permission before listing.
Check the current StockX condition rules before routing stock.
Link many eligible listings to one owned unit
Once a piece passes size, condition and eligibility checks, keep one inventory row for the physical unit and link each marketplace listing back to it. A hoodie listed on StockX, Alias and POIZON is still one hoodie. Treating each listing as stock creates false quantity and makes an eventual sale look like three separate units.
RestocksAIO’s operating role is to keep supported owned inventory, listings, pricing and sales connected. Marketplace catalogue coverage and account permissions decide which listings may be created. When the unit sells on a connected route, reconcile the remaining listings promptly so another buyer cannot purchase stock you no longer hold.
Price each size and route from net payout
Streetwear demand is size-specific. A profitable ask for one shoe size or garment size may be wrong for another, and the same public price can produce different payouts across marketplaces. Keep landed cost on the unit, inspect the available payout for the exact product and size, and set the minimum acceptable payout per supported route.
Do not collapse footwear, clothing and accessory results into one “streetwear margin”. Reconcile actual payout and shipping deductions after every confirmed sale, then compare performance by category, SKU, size and marketplace. RestocksAIO can provide supported comparator, payout-floor and sales records; it does not guarantee a sale or a future market price.
Build boxes from eligible sales, not category assumptions
StockX currently includes sneakers, apparel and accessories in its Bulk Shipping programme, subject to country, category and per-sale eligibility. Mixed-category boxes inherit the lowest applicable item cap, and an item that cannot be added to the bulk shipment must ship separately. The Pending view and marketplace-issued manifest remain authoritative.
Other marketplace routes may require confirmation, seller-supplied photos, drop-off, ship-to-verify, direct-to-buyer or consignment actions. Keep the label, item sheet or invoice, tracking and proof of delivery attached to the sale that created them. RestocksAIO can support eligible label, pickup and POD workflows; it does not replace marketplace fulfilment rules.

Use one checklist without flattening the categories
- Classify: footwear, clothing or accessory.
- Identify: exact style or article code, colour and product.
- Normalize: preserve the source size and map the correct category dimension.
- Inspect: condition, tags, packaging and included accessories.
- Route: verify marketplace catalogue and account eligibility.
- Link: attach every live listing to the one physical unit.
- Price: use payout per SKU, size and marketplace.
- Fulfil: follow the sale’s own shipment and document rules.
The operating system can be shared because the category context is preserved. That is the practical difference between streetwear inventory software and a sneaker sheet with “hoodie” typed into the product column.
