Write one description template for each store account.
Keep your store text consistent across eBay, Shopify, Vinted and Wallapop. RestocksAIO fills each template with the product facts, size and condition. Check the description for each pair before you publish.
Give each store its own description
Select the store account, then open Description template. Type the words you want to repeat. Put the cursor where a product fact belongs and select its placeholder button.
Preview with a sample item shows the result before you save it. Select Save to use the template for new publications. Existing live listings keep their descriptions. Writing style in the composer edits the same account template.

Let placeholders fill the details that change
Use {brand}, {model}, {sku} and {size} for the product identity. {condition}, {box} and {notes} describe the state of the pair. {price}, {currency} and {store_name} provide the account and offer details.
{auto} inserts the full default description. For example, put Sold by {store_name}. above {auto} to add your own introduction to the default copy.
A placeholder that the app does not know stays exactly as typed. The editor identifies unknown placeholders so you can correct them before publication.
Keep the condition note beside the product facts
The product name alone cannot describe a scuff or damaged box. Use {notes} for the condition note and {box} for the box state. Check those details against the physical pair.
A single-size listing can use the size placeholders. A multi-size listing and a Shopify product do not name one size. When the app has no value, it omits a line whose placeholders are all empty.
Use the format each channel receives
eBay and Shopify receive HTML descriptions. Blank lines create paragraphs, and lines that start with a dash create a list. Vinted and Wallapop receive plain text with line breaks.
The app cuts a Vinted description at 2,000 characters. It blocks a Wallapop description above 640 characters. Check the final text in the composer, especially when a long template includes condition notes.
Use AI for a suggestion you can review
With an AI gateway and a model with structured JSON support, the composer can suggest text from product facts and your account template. The preview remains separate from your existing text until you select Keep.
Discard rejects the suggestion. You can also edit the description yourself for one item. The account template supplies the starting text; it does not remove your review before publication.

Questions
Will Save rewrite my live listings?
No. The saved template applies to new publications. It does not replace descriptions that are already live.
Can two store accounts have different text?
Yes. Each account has its own template. Select the account before you edit Description template.
Can I change the description for one pair?
Yes. The composer starts with the account template, and you can edit the text for the selected item before publication.
Do templates require an AI provider?
No. Placeholders use the product facts directly. The optional text suggestion needs an AI gateway and a model with structured JSON support.
