What the catalogue fills in
Brand, model, colourway, style code, category and sizes come from the catalogue. Each eBay site gets its own size wording.
Each value shows its source. You confirm each required item specific before it is sent, and the condition stays your job.
Listing quality has eight parts: images, attributes, sizes, GTIN, condition, title, description and package.

Tick the pairs and click Publish to. The Publish window makes one offer for each product, size and condition, with an eBay row and a Shopify row.
Load GTINs fills the GTIN of each size from the barcode database.

A title pattern and a description template
Each account has a title pattern and a description template. You set the order of brand, model, colourway, style code and size once.
They build the title and the description of every listing, without AI. The title pattern shortens itself to fit the title limit of the store.

Learn my style reads the titles and descriptions of your own listings on that account. It drafts the style guide, the title pattern and the description template from them.
Nothing is saved until you press Save.

Generate title & description
One press writes a title and a description in your writing style, from the product facts, the size and the condition of the pair.
The result is marked Suggested. Nothing changes until you press Keep.
The button is part of the Seller Assistant, which is in Premium. It uses the AI provider that you connect.

Catalogue photos or your own
A new pair may use the catalogue pictures. Add your own photos from your computer or by link. A used pair or a pair with defects needs at least one photo of your own.
A tile reads watermark when the store adds your watermark to that photo.

Your watermark on the photos a store receives
Each store can add your watermark to the photos it receives. You choose a PNG, its position, its size and its opacity.
A preferred picture source puts the photos of one source first, for example your own photos.
Both are off until you set them.

Start from a similar eBay listing
Similar listings finds up to five eBay listings by GTIN or style code. You tick what to apply: the category, item specifics and common title words.
A value from your catalogue wins. Another seller's description and photos are never copied.

It creates a draft, then you go live
Tick Save as draft and nothing is on the store yet. In the Marketplace tab, tick the drafts and click Go live. You can also publish live from the Publish window.
The sizes of one product and condition become one eBay listing with a size choice, and one Shopify product with a variant for each size.

Questions
Can AI write my eBay title and description?
Yes. In Listing quality, Generate title & description writes both in one request, in your writing style. The result is marked Suggested. You press Keep to use it or Discard to drop it. Without an AI provider, the title pattern and the description template still build the text.
Can I use stock photos for used sneakers on eBay?
No. eBay does not allow a catalogue or stock photo for an item listed as used. RestocksAIO applies the same rule: a used pair cannot be published to eBay until one of your own photos is selected.
Is there a sneaker listing template for eBay?
Yes, and you make it your own. Writing style holds a title pattern and a description template for each account. The title pattern sets the order of brand, model, colourway, style code and size. Both work without AI.
Can I add a watermark to my listing photos?
Yes. Each eBay and Shopify account has its own Listing photos settings. You choose a PNG, its position, size and opacity, and which photos get it. For eBay, read eBay's picture policy first.
Can I create an eBay listing from a barcode?
A listing starts from the pairs in Inventory. The barcode scanner adds a pair to Inventory, and Load GTINs then fills the GTIN of each size. That GTIN goes to eBay as the EAN and to Shopify as the variant barcode.
