RestocksAIO

Send eBay offers to interested buyers with a payout floor.

Select eligible eBay listings in Marketplace and offer a lower price to interested buyers. RestocksAIO checks the offer against your payout floor. You can also set a daily automatic run for each account.

Select listings in Marketplace before you open the row menu. Sample stock.

Check eligibility first

eBay eligibility
eBay decides which listings have eligible interested buyers. The app checks this before you send.
Current restriction
The product guide excludes Inventory API listings and multi-variation listings. RestocksAIO uses the Inventory API to publish, so most app-published stock has no eligible offer.
Discount
5% to 95%, or a fixed offer price for one eligible listing.
Automatic mode
Off by default. One run per day while the app is open, with an account limit.
Plan
Premium, on Windows and macOS.

Read the eligible listings before you choose a price

Tick the eBay listings you want to review. Select Send offer to watchers in the row menu. The app asks eBay which listings have interested buyers.

Each row shows the current price, watcher count, eligibility and floor. A visible watcher count alone does not mean eBay will accept an offer. Read the eligibility result before you choose the discount.

In the app: Marketplace › Send offer to watchers

Choose a discount or one fixed offer price

Percent off the listing price applies a whole-number discount to the lower of the app price and the live eBay price. Offer price (one listing only) lets you enter a fixed amount when one listing is eligible.

The payout floor follows the linked inventory cost and the minimum payout of enabled price rules. The app uses the highest applicable floor. It checks the payout after eBay fees before it sends an offer.

When no floor exists, a manual run needs Minimum price for this run. Add a Message to the buyers if needed. Select Send offers after you check the rows.

Set a daily run for new watchers

Select Send offers to new watchers automatically on the eBay account. Set Percent off and Most offers a day. The defaults are 10 percent and 10 offers; each field has its own purpose.

The app checks hourly whether the account is due for a run. After the first offer, a listing needs more watchers before another automatic offer. Manual offers also count toward the 24-hour check.

In the app: Settings › Accounts › Publishing defaults › Offers to watchers

See why a listing received no offer

The run reports how many listings received an offer. Skipped rows have a reason, such as no eligible buyers, a payout below the floor or no known floor.

Automatic mode skips listings without a floor. If the app cannot check the required eBay fees, it refuses the offer. If eBay cannot be reached after a send, check the listing before another attempt.

Questions

Why does a listing with watchers show no eligible offer?

eBay decides eligibility. Check the result in the offer window and the restrictions above. A watcher count alone does not grant permission to send.

Does the discount ignore my purchase cost?

No. Linked unit costs and enabled price rules contribute to the payout floor. The app checks payout after fees against that floor.

Can I use automatic offers without a floor?

No. Automatic mode skips that listing. A manual run can use Minimum price for this run when no floor exists.

Does the app send offers while it is closed?

No. The account check runs while RestocksAIO is open. The account settings show the time and result of the last run.
