StockX price sync for your Shopify and eBay listings.
Set your Shopify and eBay prices from StockX, with your own margin and rounding. This StockX price sync shows every price first, then you activate the rule.
One size, from the StockX ask to your price
The rule takes the StockX ask of the size, 62.00 EUR. The buyer fee of 6.21 and the shipping of 15.95 make the buy cost: 84.16.
A margin of 18 % gives 99.31. The price ending .95 rounds it up, so the margin is kept. The rule writes 99.95.
The last line shows the price now, the change and your payout after the Shopify fees. The example is under the form, and it follows every edit.
The buyer fee and the shipping are those of your own StockX account. They differ by account, country and day.
In the app: Marketplace › Price sync › Set up
Choose the price a rule follows
A rule follows one source: the StockX lowest ask, the StockX Flex lowest ask, the StockX buy cost, the price on your other store, or your purchase cost.
Use the buy cost for sizes you buy after the sale. Use the lowest ask or your cost for the pairs you hold.
In the app: Marketplace › Price sync › Add rule
Read every price before it is written
A new rule writes nothing. Price changes lists each size with its price now, the source, the new price and the change.
Untick a row to leave that size out.

Activate the rule
The confirmation states the number of prices and the total change. Click Activate rule.
An active rule then writes a new price after each store read. Untick the rule to stop it.
A price you change by hand is kept
When you change the price of a size yourself, in the app or on the store, the rule leaves that size. The size reads Held until you click Resume.
The rule still prices its other sizes.
When nobody sells the size on StockX
A size with no source price keeps its price. That is one choice of the rule.
The other choice is for on-demand sizes on Shopify: the rule makes the size sold out on your store, and the product and its other sizes stay up. The size goes back on sale when the source returns.
Shopify must track stock for the variant. A buy cost that is older than 30 minutes counts as no source, and you can change that time.
The facts
- Stores
- Shopify, and eBay US, UK, Germany, Spain, France and Italy.
- Sources
- StockX lowest ask, StockX Flex lowest ask, StockX buy cost, the price on your other store, or your purchase cost. One source for each rule.
- Timing
- A buy-cost rule reads StockX every 5 minutes by default and rewrites a price when the cost moves by 0.50 or more. A rule writes after each store read: Shopify about every 10 minutes, eBay about every 15, while the app is open.
- Limits
- Max change, a floor above the source, a lowest payout after fees and a highest sale price. A rule has no limit until you set one, and a rule can lower a price.
- On-demand sizes
- Shopify only. When one sells, you buy the pair yourself and mark it bought.
- Plan
- Premium.
- App
- The new app for Windows and Mac, offered as a beta. You download it from your dashboard. It acts while it is open.
Questions
Can I sync StockX prices to my Shopify store?
Yes, for the sizes a Price sync rule covers. Add a rule in the Marketplace tab, tick Shopify and choose a StockX source. The rule first shows the prices it would write. After you click Activate rule, it writes a new price after each store read, about every 10 minutes while the app is open.
Can I price my eBay listings from StockX?
Yes, for the pairs you hold. Tick eBay on a rule and choose StockX lowest ask as the source, then add your margin and a price ending. Your Shopify price and your purchase cost are the other sources that fit eBay.
What is the StockX buy cost?
It is what your own StockX account pays for the size now: the lowest ask plus the buyer fee and the shipping that StockX quotes for that account. RestocksAIO reads both from StockX for the account you choose. They are not fixed numbers in the app.
Can a rule lower my price below my cost?
Yes, unless you set a limit. At least source + raises any price under the source plus the amount you type. Lowest payout after fees blocks a price whose payout is under your amount. Max change blocks a large move in one step.
Is this a repricer, or the StockX app for Shopify?
It is neither. A repricer follows other sellers of the same listing, and Bricker Mode does that for your StockX and Alias listings. The StockX sales channel app sends the products of a Shopify store to StockX. Price sync reads one source price that you choose and sets the price on your own store.
