One pair on eBay, Shopify and StockX, with one stock count.
Link one pair to its listings and sync StockX inventory with eBay and Shopify. When the pair sells on one channel, RestocksAIO lowers the quantity on the others.
The chips filter the list
Live, Drafts, Needs attention, Ended and On demand show the products in that state. With two or more stores, one chip for each store narrows the list to that store.
Sync stores reads every account now.
A product row opens to its sizes
The Stock column of a product reads the pairs you hold, the pairs the stores advertise, and the number of on-demand sizes.
The quantity of a size is the number of pairs in Inventory that you linked to it. With three linked pairs, the store shows three. A listing you create with Publish to is linked from the start.

In stock and on demand, side by side
In stock shows the pairs behind the size and its price on each store. One pair can back a listing on eBay, on Shopify and on your resale marketplaces at the same time.
On demand is for a Shopify size that you buy after the sale. Source shows what the size costs on StockX now, and Rule names the Price sync rule that prices it.
Act on one size or on fifty
Tick sizes or whole products. The bar has Go live, Change price and Assign rule. More holds Set quantity, Link units, End / unpublish and Publish again.
The same menu opens with a right-click on a row, and with the button at the end of a size row.
When a pair sells, the other stores follow
The sale takes the pair out of Inventory. The app writes each other store down to the pairs it still holds. At 0 the listing is ended or withdrawn.
The app reads Shopify about every 10 minutes and eBay about every 15, and only while it is open. This lowers the risk of a double sale. It cannot remove the risk.
What a store order deletes on StockX and Alias
By default, a pair with a Bricker Mode task loses its resale listing after an eBay or Shopify sale: the task deletes it. Untick Delete pair listings after an eBay or Shopify sale to keep it.
A listing without a task stays live and shows in Review. Tick Also delete listings without a Bricker task to have the app delete it.
The app does not guess. When several listings match the sold pair and none is linked to it, the app deletes nothing and shows them in Review. Consigned and Flex listings are never deleted.
In the app: Settings › Bricker › Store orders
What the app cannot decide waits in Review
A store sale with no linked pair, a refund or a quantity that the store refused becomes a row with its actions. Nothing is retried silently.
Sync Activity lists every change that the app sent to a store, with its result.

Questions
Can I sell the same pair on eBay and StockX at the same time?
Yes. Link the pair to its eBay listing and to its StockX listing. When it sells on StockX, the app lowers the eBay quantity, and at 0 it withdraws the eBay listing. When it sells on eBay, the app sees the order at the next read, about every 15 minutes, and the Bricker Mode task of the pair deletes the StockX listing. Keep the app open and act on Review.
What happens if a pair sells on two channels inside the same minutes?
Both sales go through on their marketplaces before the app reads them. In the app, the first sale takes the pair. The second sale waits in Review, because no pair is behind it. You then cancel one order on its marketplace, or you buy a second pair.
Does the app need to stay open?
Yes. RestocksAIO is a desktop app for Windows and Mac. It reads your stores and changes quantities while it runs. A sale that arrives while the app is closed is processed after you open it and the stores are read again.
Does it work with a listing that holds several pairs?
Yes. With three linked pairs, the store shows three. A sale of one pair lowers the quantity by one on each store that sells that size, and the listing stays live with two. The listing is ended only when the last pair is gone.
