The Dashboard has two sections. Sales Overview shows Total Sales, Revenue Generated, Pending Value and Net Income. Inventory Insights shows Inventory Value, Forecasted Profit and the Grouped Inventory View. You can refresh prices, scrape missing data and watch the colour-coded trend changes.
Documented Dashboard signals bring revenue, pending value, net income, inventory value and forecasted profit into one view.
Sales Overview is at the top and Inventory Insights is below. The time range applies to both sections.
Click the refresh button to update price data for your whole inventory, grouped by SKU.
If the Errors counter is above zero, click the cloud button to scrape the missing prices. The Errors / Loaded / Remaining counters update in real time.
Inventory Value and Forecasted Profit show a green up arrow or a red down arrow, with the change since the last refresh.
The top section of the Dashboard answers the daily question: how is the business doing?
Number of items sold within the selected timeframe.
Total income earned from completed sales.
Money currently in transit or being processed.
Final earnings after fees and expenses.
The bottom section covers your catalogue: what your stock is worth and what it could earn.
Total market value of your current stock, based on the best market prices.
The profit you could make at the current best market prices.
Inventory grouped by SKU, so you can see which items sell and which have potential.
Colour-coded arrows next to Inventory Value and Forecasted Profit show the change since the last refresh.
Inventory price data feeds Forecasted Profit, Inventory Value and the Grouped View. Counters show what's loaded and what isn't.
Number of SKUs that have no price data right now.
Number of SKUs with price data ready.
Items still to load while an on-demand scrape is running.
Updates price data for the whole inventory.
Starts an on-demand scrape for SKUs with no price data. The counters update live.
If a group shows Error, RestocksAIO doesn't have price data for that SKU yet. This is rare, because the database refreshes regularly.
Open Price Comparator to look up the SKU's price by hand.
After a Comparator lookup, the price is added to the database on the next internal update loop. The Error then clears.
Errors appear in the Grouped Inventory View, so you don't have to search for them.
An error applies to one SKU, not to a whole platform.
