KLEKT's Terms of Service (last updated 25 June 2026) list three seller charges: a 6% seller commission, a 2% order processing fee and a shipping charge that varies by location. They're shown before you confirm a sale and deducted from your payout. KLEKT states its fees include VAT where applicable. Buyers pay their own buyer protection and processing fees on top, so those don't come out of your payout. Separately, fixed €15 penalties apply when an accepted order is not shipped, or when the item is counterfeit, the wrong size, the wrong item or arrives in a damaged box. Fee schedules change, so check the breakdown the app shows for each sale against the current terms.
Not in any form KLEKT currently publishes. Its Terms of Service, FAQ and sell page set out one flat seller fee schedule with no tiers. The only official mention of levels is KLEKT's July 2024 app announcement. It said the new app would have a points system where sellers gain points and levels with successful sales. No level names or benefits have been published since. Plan your margins on the flat schedule. Treat anything the app shows about points as a bonus, not a fee discount you can count on. What does protect margin on KLEKT is avoiding the fixed penalties for unshipped, wrong or damaged orders.
In the KLEKT app, choose Become a Seller and add your name, address, date of birth and phone number. Payouts run through Hyperwallet to PayPal or a bank account. Hyperwallet requires identity verification, so have a government-issued ID and proof of address ready. To list, search the product name or style code, tap Sell and set your price in euros. Used or defective items need photos. When an item sells, you have 72 to 96 hours to ship it to KLEKT's warehouse with the label provided. KLEKT's authenticators and a third-party authenticator inspect it. Your payment is released once the buyer receives the item. Details are in the KLEKT FAQ.
