Sell cards on Cardmarket and eBay without overselling
A Pokémon card that sells on Cardmarket and on eBay in the same hour costs you a cancellation and a bad review. The fix is one stock: each copy is one unit, and a sale on either channel lowers the quantity on the other.
Why the same card sells twice
Cardmarket and eBay each keep their own quantity. A Cardmarket article can hold 4 copies of one print, while an eBay listing often holds 1 copy. When a buyer takes a copy on one site, the other site does not know.
Most double sales come from the gap between the sale and your manual update. A seller who lists 300 singles on both sites cannot check both every few minutes. The risk grows on weekends and after a price drop, when several buyers look at the same cheap copy.
One copy, one unit
The rule that stops a double sale is simple: each physical copy is one unit in one stock. A listing on Cardmarket or eBay points at units, not at a typed number. When a unit sells, it leaves every listing that points at it.
In RestocksAIO, the Cards tab keeps that stock. Each row shows the print, the language, the condition, the quantity, your price and the Cardmarket trend. You add copies from a CSV file, from card photos or, for sealed product, from the barcode.
List the same copies on Cardmarket and eBay
Tick the copies in Stock and choose List on Cardmarket. Then choose Other channels to put the same copies on eBay. Vinted and Shopify work the same way. Make lot puts several cards in one lot for eBay or Vinted.
On eBay, check the card category, the item specifics and the condition before you publish. eBay buyers filter by those fields. A single listed with the wrong condition draws returns.
FeatureCardsStock per print, Cardmarket prices, orders and copies on eBay, Vinted and Shopify. What happens after a sale
When Cardmarket reports a sale, the app lowers the quantity of that copy on eBay, CardTrader, Vinted and Shopify. An eBay sale lowers the Cardmarket quantity in the same way. A sale counts from the moment the buyer commits, before the payment, so the copy is not offered twice while the buyer pays.
A cancelled sale goes to Review. You decide whether the copy goes back on sale. The app reads the channels while it is open. This lowers the risk of a double sale. It cannot remove the risk, so keep the app open on the days that you sell most.
Keep high-value singles on one channel
Not every card belongs on every channel. A EUR 200 single may sell best on Cardmarket, where buyers compare condition and language. Bulk commons may sell faster as an eBay lot. Channel rules keep the cards that you choose off a channel.
Pricing rules write Cardmarket prices only. A rule starts from the guide trend, the guide low or an average, then applies your multiplier and your floor. On eBay, you set the price when you publish. Check the gap between the two prices once a week, so the cheaper channel does not take every sale.
What you need
Cards is in the Marketplace plan at EUR 15 a month and in Premium. Both plans include eBay, Vinted and Shopify. Cards holds one Cardmarket account and one CardTrader account. The Cards tab supports Pokémon singles and sealed product.
Start with 20 cards that you already list on both sites. Link them in Cards, sell for a week and check that each sale lowered the other channel. Then move the rest of your stock.
