Run your Shopify sneaker store from the same stock as your marketplaces.
Publish the pairs you hold to your store, one variant for each size. Your Shopify sneaker store inventory stays linked to those pairs, so a sale on StockX or Alias lowers the store quantity.
You connect through an app that you create for your own store. Paste the shop domain, the Client ID and the Client secret of that app.
Then choose the product status, the sales channel and the inventory location. You set them once, and you can connect more than one store.
The Connect Shopify form, with the steps to create your app.
Inventory › Publish to
Publish pairs from Inventory
Tick the pairs and click Publish to. Tick Shopify on each offer, choose the store and type the price.
The sizes of one product become one Shopify product with one variant for each size, as a draft or active.
One size of a Jordan 1 in the Publish window: the eBay row and the Shopify row, each with its account and its price.
Settings › Accounts › On-demand sizes
Say how your store marks on-demand sizes
An on-demand (dropship) size is a size your store sells before you hold it. You set it up in Shopify: a variant that keeps selling at zero stock, or a variant option such as a delivery time.
Choose which of the two your store uses. The Marketplace tab then shows the in-stock and the on-demand sizes of each product in their own columns, with the StockX cost of the size.
On-demand sizes of the store Larkfield Supply, under Store shape. The choice reads: No stock and keeps selling (one variant per size).
Marketplace › Price sync
Set the price with a Price sync rule
A rule for on-demand sizes follows the StockX buy cost: the lowest ask plus the buyer fee and the shipping of your own StockX account. Then it adds your margin and a price ending.
One example in EUR: 62.00 + 6.21 + 15.95 = 84.16. With 18 % that is 99.31, and the rule writes 99.95.
The rule shows every price first. It writes after you activate it.

Review
When your store sells a size
A pair in stock leaves Inventory, and the app lowers your other stores. A Bricker Mode task of that pair then deletes its resale listing, unless you turned that off under Settings › Bricker › Store orders.
An on-demand size waits in Review with the sale price, the buy cost at the sale and the buy cost now. Open source opens the product in your browser. You buy the pair, type what you paid and click Mark bought.
Two Shopify sales of on-demand sizes, each with Open source and Mark bought.
Settings › Bricker › Store orders
Choose what a store order deletes
Delete pair listings after an eBay or Shopify sale is on by default. Untick it to keep the resale listings of a sold pair.
Also delete listings without a Bricker task is off by default. A listing without a task then stays live and shows in Review.
The Store orders section in Settings, Bricker Mode, under the Delays fields. The first check box is ticked and the second is not.
Marketplace › More › End / unpublish
End one size and keep its variant
Tick the size and choose End / unpublish. Shopify shows the size as sold out. The variant stays on the product, with its price and its barcode.
Publish again puts the size back on sale. End on every size unpublishes the product.

Before you connect your store
Stock tracking
Shopify must track stock for a variant. The app cannot stop the sale of an untracked size on its own.
Locations
The app sets the stock of one inventory location, the one you choose for the store. Stock at other locations stays as it is.
App open
The app reads orders and writes quantities and prices while it runs. A sale that arrives while it is closed is processed after you open it.
Timing
The app reads your store about every 10 minutes. A double sale is possible inside that time.
On-demand sizes
You set them up in Shopify. The app never buys: you buy the pair yourself after the sale, and the delivery time you state is your duty as the retailer.
Photos
Up to 10 for each product, 20 MB each. Your watermark is optional, and each store has its own.
Questions
How do I connect my Shopify store to RestocksAIO?
You create an app for your own store in Shopify and install it. Then you open Settings, Accounts in RestocksAIO, choose Connect Shopify and paste the shop domain and the two keys of that app. After that you choose the sales channel and the inventory location.
No. The StockX sales channel app lists the products of a Shopify store on StockX. RestocksAIO manages the products, the stock and the prices of your own store, and it can set a store price from a StockX price. You can use one without the other.
What is an on-demand (dropship) size?
It is a size your Shopify store sells before you hold it. You set it up in Shopify, for example with a variant that keeps selling at zero stock. When it sells, the sale waits in Review. You buy the pair yourself and mark it bought with what you paid.
Can RestocksAIO update my Shopify prices from StockX?
Yes, with a Price sync rule. You choose a StockX price, add a margin and a price ending, and read the prices the rule would write. After you activate it, it writes a new price after each store read, about every 10 minutes while the app is open.
