Selling on Alias in 2026: GOAT and Flight Club fees, seller score and cash out

Alias is the seller app behind GOAT, Flight Club and Sneakers.com. The audience is broad, but the net payout depends on three separate variables: commission, your location-based seller fee and what happens when you cash out.

One seller app, three buyer storefronts

Alias is GOAT Group's official seller app. Inventory submitted there can appear across GOAT, Flight Club and Sneakers.com, so the listing reaches several buyer storefronts without the operator maintaining three separate catalogues. Alias says the network reaches more than 50 million potential buyers in 170 countries.

The app supports sneakers, apparel and accessories, with both Ship-to-Verify inventory held by the seller and pre-verified consigned inventory. Used or defective items require photos; new items without defects normally do not. Treat Alias as the seller operating surface and the GOAT network as the demand layer behind it.

Alias fees are commission plus a location fee

For a seller in good standing, Alias currently charges 9.5% commission — 12.4% for Canadian sellers — plus a fixed seller fee determined by the account's return location and fulfilment method. The seller fee is not one global number: the current policy lists $8 for Spain, $6 for France, $5 for German prepaid shipping and consignment, and other location-specific amounts.

The safe formula is listing price − commission − location seller fee − cash-out and conversion costs. For a $200 sale from Spain at a 90+ score, commission is $19 and the published seller fee is $8, leaving $173 before cash out. A 2.9% cash-out fee on the selling price would remove another $5.80. Confirm every rate in Alias's live Fee Policy before using the example as a purchasing rule.

Seller score can turn cancellations into a permanent margin leak

Every seller starts at 90 points. Alias adds two points for a successful sale and may deduct ten for a cancellation or order issue. The current commission bands are 9.5% at 90 or above, 15% at 70–89, 20% at 50–69 and 25% below 50, before the location fee; Canadian rates are higher. Accounts below 50 may also face review or suspension.

That makes fulfilment reliability a pricing variable. One cancelled order can require five successful sales just to restore the points, while every sale completed at the lower score carries a higher commission. A cross-listing workflow that removes sold inventory everywhere is therefore protecting the seller tier as well as preventing an awkward cancellation.

Confirm within 24 hours, then use the supplied label

When a Ship-to-Verify or Direct-to-Buyer item sells, Alias requires the seller to confirm within 24 hours. It supplies a prepaid, pre-addressed label after confirmation; bulk shipments require assigning confirmed orders to the correct box before labels are generated. Late or missing confirmation can cancel the order automatically.

Keep the confirmation, packing and carrier scan in one queue. RestocksAIO's Confirm Sales and Label Dialog reduce the risk that a sale is detected in one tab but misses the deadline in another.

Spend Balance is not the same as Cash Out Balance

For most non-Canadian sellers, Alias shows a Spend Balance for GOAT purchases and a Cash Out Balance for bank or supported PayPal withdrawal. Cashing out normally applies 2.9% to the selling price, while spending the balance on GOAT avoids that cash-out fee. Alias requires more than $10 of earnings to withdraw and says the financial institution may take three to five business days after approval.

International sellers may also face a currency-conversion cost, or a 0.6% cross-border fee when choosing USD where that option exists. Model the currency you actually bank in rather than treating the pre-withdrawal balance as cash received.

The operator model: protect score first, then optimize price

Start with accurate stock, fast confirmation and on-time shipping; those keep the account in good standing. Then set payout floors that include commission, the location fee and the cash-out route. Finally, price With You and Consigned inventory as separate pools because Alias publishes distinct pricing data for them.

On Alias, fulfilment quality is part of the fee model. Protecting the seller score can be worth more than winning one marginal sale.
