Answer your eBay, Vinted and Wallapop buyers from one inbox.
Chats puts the buyer messages and offers of all your eBay, Vinted and Wallapop accounts in one tab of RestocksAIO. Reply with quick replies, and answer offers with your payout and payout floor on the card. Offer rules and a Vinted favourites follow-up work for each account, inside daily limits.
Every buyer conversation in one list
Click Read chats. The app reads your eBay, Vinted and Wallapop accounts one at a time. The list shows the buyer, the account, the item, the last message and the state of an offer. Filter it by Unread or by channel.
eBay shows the member messages of the last 30 days and the Best Offers that wait. An account with an expired session stays in the list with the time of its last read. The app sends nothing from it until you reconnect.

Reply from the app, with quick replies
Type a reply, or click a quick reply to fill the box. A quick reply can hold {item}, {size}, {price} and {buyer}. The app fills them for the open conversation. A value that the app does not know stays visible, so you see it before you send.
Before the send, the app warns you about a phone number, an e-mail address, a link or a payment word in the text. Each reply is read back from the channel: Done · read back, Failed: nothing was sent, or Sent, not confirmed.

Answer each offer with your payout and floor in view
Each offer card shows your payout after the channel fees and the payout floor of the item. The floor comes from the cost of the linked Inventory units and your minimum payout rules. Accept, Counter and Decline each ask for a confirmation.
An answer below the floor asks a second time. An item with no Inventory link asks before a send without a floor check. Vinted gives the counter range of each offer. On eBay, the card counts the 3 counters of a Best Offer.

Answer many offers through one review
The Offers board lists every offer that waits on all your accounts, the first to expire at the top. Each row shows the offer, the payout, the floor and the answer of your offer rule.
Tick the offers and click Review. Nothing is sent until you press Send. The app then answers one offer at a time: it reads the offer again, writes the answer once and reads it back. A row without a floor or a rule answer cannot be ticked.

Offer rules that never go below the floor
Set one rule for each channel: one percentage, tiers by price, or a minimum for each item. Off is the default. Suggest shows the rule's answer on the offer card. Answer for me sends it, at most 50 answers a day for each account.
The lowest accept is the higher of the rule price and the floor price. Below it, the app counters in steps toward it: 5.00 and 3 steps by default, 1 step on Wallapop. An item with no Inventory link gets no automatic answer.

Follow up the buyers who favourite a Vinted item
Turn it on for each Vinted account. When a buyer favourites an item, the app sends one of your message versions after a short wait. If the buyer does not answer in 3 days, it sends one offer, 10 % off by default.
The offer never goes below the floor, and an item with no Inventory link gets the message only. The sequence stops when the buyer answers or buys, or when the item is sold or reserved. Each account follows up at most 40 buyers a day, one buyer at a time.
Vinted only. Wallapop has no route that names the buyers who favourite an item.

AI reply drafts that wait for you
AI draft writes a reply into the box from your instructions, your facts and the conversation. You read it, change it and press Send. The AI never sends a message, an offer or an answer.
A draft never names a price below the floor. Without a known floor, it names no price. By default, when the buyer asks about a fault or a return, or seems upset, the AI writes no draft. It tags the conversation Needs you.

Questions
Does Chats send messages on its own?
Only two features write without a click. Both are off until you turn them on. Answer for me answers buyer offers by your rule. The favourites follow-up writes to Vinted buyers who favourite an item. Replies, quick replies and AI drafts wait for you to press Send.
Can an automatic offer go below my cost?
No. The payout floor comes from the cost of the linked Inventory units and your minimum payout rules. Offer rules and the favourites follow-up never go below it. An item with no Inventory link gets no automatic offer.
Where are the Vinted and Wallapop offers that were in Confirm Sales?
They are in Chats now, with the eBay Best Offers. Confirm Sales shows a notice with an Open Chats button, and keeps the sales of the resale platforms.
Does Chats read new messages by itself?
The inbox reads when you click Read chats. When Answer for me is on for a channel, the app also reads that channel every 15 minutes while it is open.
Why is there no favourites follow-up for Wallapop?
Wallapop has no route that names the buyers who favourite an item. The follow-up works on Vinted only.
What happens when a send times out?
The app reads the conversation back. If the message is not there, it shows Sent, not confirmed, and the conversation takes no new write until the next Read chats.
